The Slow Polks Foundation was established to give folks #aStepUp. We know all about the transformstive power of long-distance racing ad we are looking to extend it to as many runners as possible. We are currently taking applications.
Our mission is to empower individuals to EARN spiritual and physical renewal by committing to long-distance racing, healthy habits, proper training, and giving back to others in need of renewal.
